Royale Cleaning was not created from a business plan. It started with recognizing exceptional character.

Matt first met Adela while she was managing and serving at a local restaurant that he and his son visited regularly. What stood out was how she treated people. She remembered customers, moved quickly, communicated well, and genuinely cared about giving people a great experience.

One day, Adela asked if Matt’s family had ever considered hiring help with house cleaning. Matt became a customer first. The quality was outstanding, and he quickly began recommending her to others.

That trusted customer relationship naturally grew into a business partnership.

Adela brings 8 years of professional residential and commercial cleaning experience. Matt brings more than 30 years of business and technology experience focused on customer service, systems, and reliability.

Together, they have built Royale around trust, communication, personalized service, and long-term customer relationships.
